My Video about Drugs

Hello people!!

This time I want to talk about my last work that I did during the CLIL lessons, about drugs. I did a survey with some questions about this topic and then I uploaded it here on my blog. A lot of people answered it and with the results I made a video where I put some personal opinions too.
I worked a lot for this video because I wanted to do it good but it wasn't very easy. However I'm happy for the result of this video and I hope that you like it!
I chose this kind of topic because it's a problem that especially regards us young people and so I was interested to know what the students think about it.

My trip to Malta!!

From 6th to 13th March me and my classroom flew to Malta for a school trip to improve our English. We stayed in Sliema in a host family (for me it was the first time) where there were other four girls, two from Italy and two from France. The family that gives hospitality to me and Chiara was very nice and friendly and had a beautiful, modern house. During the week, in the morning we went to school to study English and in the afternoon we visited some nice cities like Valletta, Mdina, the three cities (Vittoriosa, Cospicua and Senglea), Sliema and a lot of museums. Malta is a little bit similar to Italy, perhaps only the religion and some food are like ours because the culture, the houses and the customs are completely different. The most thing that has surprised me about Malta were the tipical houses that there were in some parts of the city, because they had got a strange, close balcony (tipical of Malta), their roofs were flat and they seem to fall to pieces anytime. I enjoyed most so far a town near Sliema called Paceville, with a lot of beautiful discos, students and where we went three times in the evening: it was fantastic!!! I hope that my teachers are going to organize another trip like this for the next year because it was really a great experience. I would reccomend a trip like this in Malta or in London to next year's 3LSS students because in this way you can learn and speak more English, you can see new beautiful places and you have a lot of fun with your classmates of course!!

Hello!!

Today I want to update a new post and write something about a phenomenon that unfortunately is very widespread and that I discuss in a questionnaire: Drugs.

I chose this topic because I think it's a global, known and very bad problem diffused especially among guys of my age of all the world and here in Italy too, where consumers increase increasingly. In Italy drug isn't illegal but there are some harsh convictions for drug pushers, the prison too.

DRUGS'S EFFECTS

In particular, drugs make central nervous system effects, which produce changes in mood, in perceptions and in sensations and they make you to become an another person.

So in the questionnaire that I doing next, I want to ask what my classmates think about drugs abuse, if they think that it's a good or bad thing to use it and if they think that a person who used drugs in the past, now can live without drugs forever. I'm very curios to know what my friends think about!!!

I think that the only difficult of this questionnaire is to recognize whether the answers of my classmates are true or false because I think that some of them won't be sincere.

I hope this doesn't happen and that my questionnaire will be useful to understand more things about this bad problem...

The Intelligence!!!

Hi people!!^^

This time I want to describe an area of Social Science that I like very much.

I like the psychology because I find it's a wonderful and interesting discipline which involves the scientific study of human or animal mental functions and behaviors. There are a lot of topics that psychology studies, but for me the most interesting is the intelligence. The intelligence is the ability to operate the set of cognitive processes to reason, to plan, to solve problems, to use language and to learn. Besides if you want to measure the intelligence is necessary to do an Intelligence Test...

So I decided to put this photo because it best represents the intelligence through a child who is studying.

Reflections and Marks about Blogs!!

Hello people!! ^^

This time I want to write some ideas and marks about my and my classmates blog and a few advices for them too.

I think that my blog is well done because I wrote the posts about the introduction and the Blogfest with links and images that had their sources and I talked about them. I absolutely did some mistakes but I think that the posts, for example the post about the Blogfest, is understanding and show insight and I also expressed my personal opinion.
Now I write some opinions and ideas about the blogs of two classmates:
I read the Annateresa's blog and her Blogfest's post and I think that it's very good because at first she spoke about the day and what the class did and then she wrote her opinion, she put an image about the Blogfest and two links about it. The contents are clearly. So I give her 9! Well done Annati!!
I read also the Valentina's post about the Blogfest and I think that the content is good because she spoke a little bit about what the class did during the day but she didn't put images or links and write an opinion about the Blogfest. The contents aren't usually very clearly and understanding. So I give her 6!
The next times she should put some images and links and write an opinion about what the topic is. Go vale!!

I hope that the marks are right and the motivations are OK!!!

The trip to Blogfest

Hello!!
Today I want to tell you about a trip that I did with my class and my opinion about it and technologies.

On 3rd October my class and I went to Riva del Garda to "The Festival of Blogfest", a festival about new technologies. At first we partecipated in a conference where three men spoke about the new Wi-fi network. They have explaned the advantages that this new network offers to who want to surf the Net in town and outside home too. Then we have interviewed and recorded a lot of people who have expressed their opinion about the Blogfest and they were very well preparate about the technology.
I think that the Blogfest is a good opportunity for everyone who want to learn and know new things about the new types of technology. You can meet a lot of young and interesting people too.
The technology is very important for me and I use it every day. I think that it's relevant to my studies because I usually do my homework and a lot of research for the school with my computer and I always use it for everything. I find also computers more useful and practical than books: they are too boring!!

So that day was beautiful!
